NoVES Starts September Strong!

After a long, hot summer, the Northern VA Ethical Society is ready to start back strong in September for the 2026-27 season. Over the summer, we enjoyed many fun activities together, including berry picking, garden walks, colloquies, philosophy club discussions and outdoor picnics. All these events were fun and interesting for those that attended.  Thanks to everyone who made these events possible! 

Now your NoVES Board members are planning for the year ahead.  Several committees have restarted, including the Platform, Finance and Social Action Committees. We are also working on strengthening the Festival, Membership, and Sound system set-up committees. If you are interested in joining a committee this year, please contact a board member. 

We have several special events coming up including an end of summer picnic on Sept. 7, a Pentagon Memorial tour on Sept. 11 and our NoVES opening day platform on Sept. 13.
