As summer approaches, June can be a joyous time for many, as people celebrate graduations, the end of the school year and the start of summer vacation. But before the fun starts, NoVES members have an important job to complete. We need approve the budget and elect our board members. On May 31, all members should have received an email with the details of this process. (If you have not, please contact a board member). 

To complete these important duties, we need as many members as possible to meet online on June 14th at our virtual Zoom membership meeting.  We will discuss the budget and board candidates, talk about the future of NoVES, and strategize how to make next year a more successful one. Please bring your ideas and energy! Once everyone's questions are answered, the biggest job will be for each member to vote by 5pm on June 14, 2026. If you cannot make the meeting, please vote online anytime before 5 pm on June 14, 2026. 

Once this important job is done, the following week we will be a time of great joy! NoVES will meet in person on June 21 (no Zoom option) to celebrate the amazing accomplishments and achievements of NoVES members and friends, and to induct the new board.  After these important ceremonies,  members and friends are invited to gather for an indoor picnic and table games. Please bring your own food and favorite games.
