This is intended as a guide for NoVES committees, teams, and task forces. In most cases it refers to skills and responsibilities of the committee as a whole, not of individuals.
| Skills needed: | Is diplomatic and a good communicator. Is aware of NoVES’s needs regarding using Green Hedges’ facilities. |
| Responsibilities: | Maintains regular contact with appropriate individuals at Green Hedges. Facilitates cooperative relations regarding rentals, building, maintenance and grounds issues. Reports issues to Board on a timely basis. Assures Board president has all information necessary to sign rental contract in a timely manner. |
| Member Term: | No term limits. |
| Measurement of Success: | NoVES members are satisfied with rental arrangements. Green Hedges is satisfied with NoVES rental arrangement. New rental contract is offered regularly. Cordial relations are maintained between Green Hedges and NoVES. |
