This is intended as a guide for NoVES committees, teams, and task forces. In most cases it refers to skills and responsibilities of the committee as a whole, not of individuals.
| Skills needed: | Has computer, calendar, and organizational skills. Has interpersonal skills. Is interested in putting on festivals and related activities. |
| Responsibilities: | Work closely with the Leader for planning festival themes and programs such as for winter festival and spring festival.) Makes sure food at events serves wide range of needs for variety of foods, including vegetarian, vegan, and diet. Recruit performers and readers for Winter and Spring Festival. Recruit people to help with serving. Produce newsletter and bulletin articles for festivals. Send out e-mail reminders. Work with set up and clean up chair to change schedule of set up and clean up. Work with Green Hedges liaison to be sure there is no conflict with Green Hedges regarding set up and clean up of room. |
