Electronic Communication for Visitors to the Society

To sign up to receive periodic announcements about Society events and activities, visitors and others interested in the Society can subscribe to an email list called "Announce." All you need is an email address and one-time access to a web browser.

  • To subscribe to Announce, enter your address and name in the section "Subscribing to Announce" at this link: Announcements Email List
    • Watch your email for a confirmation message. This is to prevent people from being subscribed by others without their consent.
    • You may need to set your email program to accept emails from announce @ novesmail.org and mailmanbounces @ novesmail.org -- how and whether to do this will depend on your particular email program and how you've set it up
    • If you don't receive a confirmation within 3 days, please use our contact form and select "website feedback" for further assistance.

The volume of emails on this list ranges from 1-10 emails per month. To keep the volume low and the messages related directly to events and activities visitors may find interesting, only designated individuals (for example, the President, Leader, Publicity Chair) can send messages directly to this email list.

Email addresses of the subscriber are visible only to our volunteer list administrators, not to other members of the list or to the general public. We do not share these addresses with any other organization.
